2024 Trusted Choice Charity golf outing wrap up

July 29, 2024

It was a beautiful day at Battleground Country Club, as 72 golfers played 18 holes  during the annual Trusted Choice Charity Golf Outing to benefit Make-A- Wish New Jersey.

The shotgun start event had golfers competing for various contests on the course. Bradley Roberts of Travelers Insurance and Kristin Ryan of Hanson & Ryan were the 2024 Low Gross winners for the men and women, respectively. Other contest winners included, Erika Muller of R. John Muller LLC, Ladies Longest Drive and Ladies Closet to the Pin, Tyler Thompson, Men’s Longest Drive, Walter Zem Coverage Specialists, Closet to the Pin, Men’s Straightest Drive, Kelly Sims of Selective Insurance Company, and Nolly Pastone, Ladies Straightest Drive. The 50/50 in the amount of $670 was won by Walter Conroy of Liberty Insurance Associates.

“Our fundraising efforts continue to assist Make -A- Wish in granting wishes, that can  give wish kids the courage to comply with their medical treatments”  Said Glenn Watkins, Senior Vice President of Cumberland Mutual, the event’s title sponsor.
